13 ways to prepare for an AURA session
What is an AURA?
A.U.R.A stands for Angelic Universal Regression Alchemy Hypnosis, which allows you to enter a deep state of relaxation that allows you to access your own deeper knowledge and connects you with your higher self. What is special about AURA, is that you receive the answers to your questions from within yourself and can deepen your existing connection to your higher self. The state of relaxation you experience after the introduction, energy work, and induction allows you to look deeper, allowing your intuition to flow freely and convey to you what you have always wanted to know. It is important that you remain in control throughout the entire session and that only what you want is done.
I accompany you on your journey into your own consciousness, provide a safe and protected space, and ensure that only well-meaning beings and energies gain access and that you are held in love the entire time.

Preparing for your AURA session
- In total, you should plan on 4-5 hours for the entire session. We may need less time, but I recommend keeping the entire session free and, if possible, not making any plans for the rest of the day or the next.
It's important that you remain alone and undisturbed throughout the session . Pets are welcome , as they will support you during the session.
During the session, you should be able to lie comfortably, wear light, comfortable clothing, and have water within reach. If you are doing the session online at home, light a candle before the session, which can burn safely for several hours.
During the online session, you should be in your own home. If that's not possible, find a privately rented room, such as through AirBnB. The constant coming and going of hotels brings with it too much energy, which could interfere with our session.
We'll first have a preliminary conversation, get to know each other briefly, and discuss the topics that are important for you in the session. After a short break, we'll begin the energy work before beginning the hypnosis itself.
If the session is online, use wired headphones or a headset that doesn't have anything metal over your head and has a microphone . Avoid Bluetooth headphones . The session will be held via video call using the Zoom app. You'll need a laptop, tablet, or phone with an integrated camera, which you'll have nearby, and a good internet connection. I will record the session so you can watch it again later.
Before our appointment, download the Zoom app and test the camera and microphone beforehand. It's important that your face is clearly visible through the camera during the session and that your device can't easily slip. Please fully charge your device before the session.

After the AURA session, treat yourself gently and, if possible, take the rest of the day to yourself. It's important not to drive or operate any machinery for at least three hours afterward . Some people, but not all, feel particularly tired or drowsy after a session; some may experience dizziness, diarrhea, or nausea. In some cases, you may experience vomiting. Even if you're one of those people who feels full of energy after a session, take it easy for the rest of the day and avoid doing anything that requires special concentration.
If you come to me in person for your session, do not drive yourself , but have someone drive and pick you up.
Have the following gemstones ready for the session : a selenite and a tourmaline (black obsidian or shungite are also possible). These will support the session and the time afterward. Buy them as soon as possible so you have them with you in time for the session.
- Consider your intention for your session or why you're attending. There are different reasons for booking an AURA.
Common reasons are the following:
- Health
- Relationships and relationship dynamics
- Life path
- Origin and goals of one's own soul or soul parts
- Prepare a list of questions you'd like answered. It's best to write down everything that comes to mind and see which questions are similar and how you can summarize them. It's recommended to collect no more than 11 questions. Highlight the questions that are most important to you. Some answers may come to you even before the session.
Frequently asked questions are:
- Health: How can I support my self-healing powers? Are there any blockages hindering my self-healing, and how can they be resolved? Are there specific health challenges related to this or other lives?
- Experiences, dreams, visions: Would you like to learn more about certain experiences or impressions that you have not been able to explain so far?
- Soul: Who is my higher self? Where does my soul come from? How many past lives have I had, and what was the best or most important lesson I learned from each of them? Is there an important message for me?
- You can strengthen the connection to your Higher Self beforehand by repeatedly saying, either out loud or just to yourself, "I have a clear and strong connection to my Higher Self." The connection to your Higher Self always exists; the point here is to consciously strengthen it so that communication can flow more easily and quickly.
- The connection to your Higher Self is always there, even if we aren't always aware of it. It's not uncommon for your ego to intervene and tell you that it's impossible or ridiculous, that it's all a waste of time or nonsense. When this happens, lovingly ask your ego to step aside for this moment and allow the connection to your Higher Self to come in. Imagine your ego as a child you are hugging and telling him or her that you are doing this for your mutual good. Your ego has protected you your entire life, but ask it, "Now, to step aside for this moment so I can strengthen this connection for the good of both of us."
Another beautiful image is to imagine yourself as a leaf floating with the current on a river. The water is your higher self, which is one with creation. Your consciousness is the leaf, lovingly allowing itself to be carried to the right places by the gentle current. This image is a symbol of devotion and trust in your own higher knowing, which you are not always aware of.
- Drink as much water as possible. Water symbolizes our consciousness and transmits higher frequencies, much like waves transmit wind or other forces. You can imagine your body as a vehicle that requires energy. Water is the energy that drives strong connection and exchange with other realms. It's best to start now, before your session. During the session, you don't need to worry about a bathroom break. Your Higher Self will let me know in advance and then accompany you to the bathroom, ensuring that you remain deeply in your hypnosis. With every sip of water you take from now until your session, connect the intention to free yourself from anything that is not serving your best interests.
- Have as few expectations as possible. Every session is unique and different, just like every single person. Your session will unfold in your consciousness in its own way, and it will be easier and more enjoyable if you don't have any specific expectations fulfilled.
You will probably be aware of your experiences during the session and even remember most of them. This is also due to the fact that the Earth's vibrations are increasing, and as a result we often feel our connection to our Higher Self in everyday life. This means that you may have the impression of being fully conscious and not in deep meditation during the session – but this does not have to be the case. In any case, trust that you are connected to your Higher Self, regardless of how conscious you are of this moment. Since theta brain waves, which predominate during the session, may already be familiar to you from everyday life, this hypnosis does not have to feel like hypnosis. You may well be familiar with this state from deep relaxation in everyday life, such as when reading, painting, driving, taking a walk, or watching television.
- Do you drink a lot of tea or coffee? Have as few caffeinated drinks as possible before the session—ideally none at all. If you are taking medication, drugs, or alcohol, try to limit or stop your consumption at least a week before the session, unless it impairs or endangers your health. Any form of alcohol or drugs impedes connecting with your Higher Self and could make it difficult to answer your questions.
- Only eat a small snack or a light meal before the session. Don't go into the session hungry. Keep water next to you and a small snack ready for immediately after the session.
- Wear comfortable clothing, preferably white or another light color you like. Wear little or no jewelry. Since tears are not uncommon, I also recommend little or no mascara and makeup. Tears indicate that we are letting go of something and are therefore welcome in every session.
- If you have planned an AURA session, your Higher Self has initiated your self-healing process. Self-healing is possible for all of us. During an AURA, we consciously connect with our auric field and energetic body and use it to balance out any deficiencies or undesirable developments we discover. If we don't believe it will work, we slow down the process. The conscious self also plays a part in the self-healing process. By regularly and consciously connecting with yourself and your Higher Self, e.g. in meditation, you awaken endless powers within yourself. You will find all the answers within yourself, because your Higher Self has them for you. Your Higher Self is never separate from you, but exists within you, or actually, you exist within your Higher Self. This is sometimes difficult to grasp, especially since we have learned to receive information and help from others and not find it within ourselves.
- It's helpful for our session to meditate as often as possible or otherwise calm your mind. This can be done while taking a walk in nature or at home. It's important not to spend the time on your phone, doing housework, or doing other things. Daydreaming or simply giving in to your own thoughts isn't a waste of time; it's helpful preparation. A good exercise is wondering. Let your thoughts arise and as you do so, consider: What do I see when I look to the left or what do I feel when I turn to the right? Wonder what might happen when you meditate or visualize. The more often you do this, the easier the session will be for you.
During the session itself, people experience hypnosis differently:
- Some see clear images like in a film or photos
- Some hear words or information clearly
- Some people just know without knowing where
- Some feel clear or have strong body sensations
- Some also see words and numbers in their mind’s eye
Information comes to us in many different ways. If you've tried this before the session, it will feel more natural during the session. Your Higher Self uses all of your senses to communicate with you, and the more channels you are aware of, the easier it is for your Higher Self to use them.
- Throughout our entire session, this technique protects you within a pyramid of pure love light from the source of all being. When you are aware of this and also feel the love light, it will be easier for you to fully surrender to self-healing through your Higher Self during our session.
It's best to start enveloping yourself in this light right now, as soon as you get up and before you go to bed. This will support the success of your session with me.
Your Higher Self guides and protects you at all times and throughout the entire session. If you need to go to the bathroom during the session, it will let me know. If you become too tired to continue, it will also let me know. If we are conducting our session online and the connection is lost, your Higher Self will keep you in hypnosis but alert you enough to press "connect" on your device. You are your Higher Self, and you can trust no one better than yourself. In the session, you let go of fears, worries, and mistrust. These are the greatest obstacles to your self-healing.
